Safari Project Mission began when Brady said “yes” to a short-term mission trip to Tanzania ten years ago. This came from self-reflection. He looked back on his life and realized that he had not spread the gospel with someone who did not know Jesus. He wanted to go in and meet that one person and share the good news that changed his life. During his time there, he fell in love with the people, the culture, and the deep sense of community, and he has never looked back. Following the prompting of the Holy Spirit, he took a bold step of faith and purchased a large piece of land in a remote region of southeastern Tanzania. It didn’t take long for him to realize that God had specific plans for the most vulnerable children in Tanzania.

Soon after, at the request of the local government, Safari Project quickly became a safe haven for these children. Today, we are home to 10 children, and we believe this is only the beginning. We’ve just completed our first of six new dormitories, part of our vision to provide a stable, loving environment for many more.
